These are the conditions under which I work so, please, do read them carefully before placing your order. By placing an order you agree to the policies set out below. Contact me if you have any queries relating to these before placing an order as no arrangement can be made after the order is placed.

These may change from time to time without notice. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.

1. PRODUCT
Every effort has been made to ensure that all sizes and measurements are as accurate as possible (refer to the size guide for clarification) and the greatest care was taken to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.


2. PRICES & DISCOUNT
2.1. PRICES

Prices are inclusive of VAT.
While you can convert prices in your currency, you will be charged in Euros.
Prices are subject to change without notice.

2.2. DISCOUNT CODES
Except stated otherwise, codes don't apply on items on sale, custom made items, shipping or any other services but only on the full-priced lingerie listed during the validity of the the code.
Only one code can be used per order.
Codes cannot be applied to previously placed orders or exchange, even partially, for cash or refund.
To apply a code, it must be entered at checkout, prior to confirming your order.

3. ORDER
We reserve the right to refuse an order partially or completely. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:
* The product ordered cannot be made.
* Inability to obtain authorization of payment
* Identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion

Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button.

Make sure the shipping address you provide while ordering is correct as well as complete before completing your order. Free replacement of your order cannot be offered in the case of a wrong or incomplete address provided, nor is the reshipping of your order and it would be reshipped at your own costs.

Due to the very intimate nature of lingerie and the current sanitary measures for COVID19, all sales are final. Cancellation, exchange or refund for change of mind or order of the wrong size are not possible, so please make sure to use the size chart prior to ordering.

4. PAYMENT
We accept payments by Paypal and the credit cards they support, as well as Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and Shop Pay.

5. SHIPPING
See the Delivery Info page for full details and policy.
We ship worldwide from Belgium using postal services. Check out the Shipping Info page to know current dispatch time. Once it is dispatched, an email will automatically be sent to you.

5.1 SHIPPING ADDRESS
Make sure the shipping address you provide at checkout is correct as well as complete before completing your order. Free replacement of your order cannot be offered in the case of a wrong or incomplete address provided, nor is the reshipping of your order and it would be reshipped at your own costs.
5.2 CLAIMS
Please let us know within 30 days of the date which your order should have been delivered and we’ll do our best to help you.
All packets are fully protected. We do everything to make your order safe while on its way to you, complains regarding damage or loss which occurred during transport will be redirected to the carrier.
We are not responsible for any delays occurred once the order is marked as shipped.
5.3 PRIVACY
Packages are meant to be as discrete as possible and do not mention anything else than the shipping details you provided, the return address and stamps (or other notes/forms added by postal services).
5.4 TAX & DUTIES
Any additional taxes or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer and have not been included in the shipping charges.

6. RETURNS & CANCELLATION
6.1 GENERAL POLICY 
Due to the very intimate nature of lingerie and the current sanitary measures for COVID19we are unable to accept returns and all sales are considerate as final.
We cannot offer you a cancellation, exchange or refund neither for change of mind or order of the wrong size, so please make sure you use our size chart.
6.2 EU CANCELLATION RIGHTS
The 14 days cancellation rights for online purchases by European consumers do not apply to our products since they are made to order, and often even custom made. 

7. FAULTY ITEMS
In the rare event of an undergarment in faulty condition please contact hello[at]sachakimmes[dot]com within the week of receiving your order and we'll be glad to help whenever possible as long as the faulty item is unworn, unused, unwashed and with all tags on.
