No, not at all! It's really pretty common and you shouldn't feel weird or anything because of it. Feel free to double check with me if you fall in a different size for the top than for bottom and still feel strange about it, my email is firstname.lastname@example.org and I always reply as soon as I can :)
Orders are shipped in about 10 working days following reception of payment. Working days are the days of the week (Mon-Fri), except when they're holidays. Then it takes about 4 working days for an order with Europe to reach its destination and about 10 working days when the order is shipped to a destination outside Europe.
Please note all the lingerie is handmade by myself, as well as all the customer service.
While from time to time some specific policies may apply to a code, the general policies are:
- One code per order. - Codes cannot be applied to previously placed orders or exchange, even partially, for cash or refund. - Except stated otherwise, codes don't apply on items on sale, custom made items, shipping or other services but only on the full-priced lingerie listed during the validity of the the code. - If your basket has smaller total than the code in your possession and that you choose to use that code anyway, you can request a new code for the remaining balance by e-mail at email@example.com, the new code will be valid on a next purchase and will have the same expiration date as the first one, if there was any.
Due to the very intimate nature of lingerie and that the lingerie proposed is handmade to order, all sales are final. I cannot offer you a cancellation, exchange or refund for change of mind or order of the wrong size, so please make sure you use our size chart. I get a lot of notifications on social medias, it's only me to check them all and yours might just get lost among all so contacting me through those just doesn't allow me to give you a proper customer service. Also, I have a queue of emails to answer and if you simply send me an e-mail, you simply get in the queue so this is a much more efficient way for me to work and for you to get an answer! Especially if it is regarding an order (status, shipment, update, general question,...) because I never discuss those on social medias as we may need to verify addresses or other personal details.
